I think I am going to use my Axelle purchase to adapt the Clapotis pattern from knitty. I don't think it should be too difficult to get a scarf of broadly the right proportions by adjusting the number of stitches slightly. Of course, I sound this confident before I've looked closely at the pattern and actually done the maths so who knows whether it's really going to work :)
