There has been knitting around here, it's just been quite slow. River survived the attack by Em-Em, a hound with a great sense of smell, finely tuned to mohair/silk blends.

My morning commute took only 10 mintues today. It's pretty amazing on day full of school closings and icy roads. Early morning knitting in the car ensued,,,

Thank you so much for all the comments on the Kristina Bag! Y'all made my day. Good luck to all you knitty olympians...Have a great week! Happy Valentine's Day and Happy Knitting!

I'm glad that River survived that terrible looking attack! Looking lovely over the steering wheel. And a great sky photo. too.
Oooooh, nice photos. What's your lace project? I'm curious.
How gorgeous is that lace?! Nicely done.
What a beautiful picture! I am glad River made it through ok .
I love the snow, but only from afar. I may complain about our rain, but I don't have to shovel it.
Looks like good knitting weather, though,

River looks great. I knit one in the fall to wear to a gathering in Lyon when we were traveling. I was surprised that it was so warm. My cat, Shoulie, got ahold of it once . . . scared me to death. She wanted to wrestle it to its death. Luckily, I intervened in just the nick of time.
