Spring Rolls

I had a craving for spring rolls and my favorite Vietnamese restaurant was just too far away, so I made my own.

I didn't have all the ingredients that typically go into these, and for some reason I'm developing a allergy to shrimp so these aren't truly authentic, but they're yummy!

Ingredients: ground pork, rice noodles, garlic, green onions, carrots, and egg

 Rice Paper spring roll wrappers

Fry 5-6 minutes in hot oil
Serve with Vietnamese Dipping sauce
fish sauce, lime juice, sugar. garlic, carrots, cilantro and red pepper flakes
Enjoy!

Hello, just happened to find your blog and love it, actually
Was looking for a baby booty pattern on pinterest and found a picture of the ballet baby slippers that you had knitted back in 2007 from simply knitting magazine , while I have several issues of that magazine I don't have a copy with that pattern in it and was wondering if I could get the pattern from you, hope you get this as I didn't have any way to contact you but this, hope you can help, my email address is twash04@comcast.net And I am located in West Virginia, thank you very much.
